The two quarterbacks combined for no touchdowns and three interceptions in a 31-7 loss to the Packers.
The Bears were 2-0 in the first two games Caleb Williams missed with a hamstring injury.
The team's starting quarterback is making a push to play in Week 6 against the Falcons. He was questionable to play Sunday and went through a workout before the game.
Bears coach Ben Johnson confirmed postgame that Williams is nearing a return but didn't commit to the quarterback playing next week.

The Bears are 3-2 and two games behind the Vikings in the NFC North.
